MICHAEL J. PERIK

President and Chief Executive Officer

Michael comes to The Princeton Review with an impressive portfolio in education. He was the co-founder and CEO of The Learning Company, an international leader in educational software. Michael also founded Achievement Technologies, Inc., an online remedial education company that specialized in the K-12 space. When the Company was sold to Houghton Mifflin, Michael joined as The Chairman of Houghton's Assessment Division. He left Houghton Mifflin in 2007 to join The Princeton Review.

Prior to joining the Princeton Review team, Steve served as EVP, COO, and CFO at Houghton Mifflin. Previous stints as Senior Vice President/CFO at Harcourt Education and as a partner at Deloitte spotlight his broad background in both education and finance. His skill set ideally suits him for his dual roles at The Princeton Review.

TONY BORDON

President, Supplemental Educational Services Division

Before joining The Princeton Review in September 2007, Tony served as President of Knowledge Adventure. Earlier, he was COO of Riverdeep, and held several positions with The Learning Company, including President of the International Division and Senior Vice President of Sales. He is a graduate of St. Thomas Acquinas College and Harvard Business School's Executive Management Program.

NEAL S. WINNEG

Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel

Before joining the Princeton Review in August 2007, Neal served as Sr. Vice President, Secretary, and General Counsel of Upromise, Inc.—a company that helps families plan, save, and pay for college—from its formation in early 2000 through 2007. Neal began his career with the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where he concentrated on corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and venture and other financing. He later served as Sr. Vice President, Secretary, and General Counsel of The Learning Company, Inc. Neal received a BA from Yale University and a JD from Boston University School of Law.

SUSAN RAO

Executive Vice President, Finance and Treasurer

Before joining Princeton Review, Susan served as Vice President, Finance and Controller at Houghton Mifflin. Susan brings over 20 years experience leading finance functions. In addition to Houghton Mifflin, Susan has held various finance roles, primarily in educational publishing, and has significant transactional experience, including acquisitions, divestitures, and financings. Susan began her career at Deloitte & Touche. She received a B.S. in accounting from Babson College.
